I'm going.  Crit and RR.  Cat 5.  First time, so it will be a new course for me, too.  I'll be on a Cannondale CAAD 9 wearing a Trek jersey (...long story).

Rock Hill Classic now scheduled for April 9, 10 & 11, 2010. Saw some posts advising good 'first timer' race, which is true. We try to appeal to the grass roots, first-time racers as well as more experienced up to Pro level. This year we are returning to the Winthrop Lake Criterium Course which is particularly good for beginner Crit racers - no curbs, 1 mile oval loop, high visibility and great for spectators.

Road RAce is the perennial tough Patriot's Trail - 47 mile loop with a few 'ouch' hills - Pro 1,2; Cat 3; Masters 35+ Cat 1,2,3 each get to enjoy two laps. Everyone else is 1 lap.

Street Sprints on Friday night are a BLAST!! This event is back by popular demand. 8-up sprints with top several advancing through heats until we have true 1-8 Street Sprinters defined in each category. This event is a one-of-a-kind and much fun. Come Friday and start accumulating your OMNIUM points early.
